As I have mentioned earlier in other posts I am now certified as a Master health Coach and now studying to be a cancer coach. Because of my own diagnosis with lymphoma my heart is to help those going thru the cancer journey. Here are some ways I can help.
- I can assist the cancer patient through the shock of diagnosis
- I can be available anytime during someone’s experience with cancer
- I can help patients prepare for appointments with their oncologist, gain a better understanding of their diagnosis, and find ways to manage side effects
- I also provide coaching to cancer survivor’s, caregivers (spouses, and adult child, etc…) and support parents and their children when cancer comes into their lives.
- I can help those living with advanced cancer find hope, make plans, and do something meaningful.
- I as a coach don’t give you the answers; I can help you find your answers and develop unique strategies that work for you and your life.
- I mainly do coaching virtual but willing to work in person if need too.
- I can help you develop a plan for nutrition and exercise
- much, much more
These are just a few things I can do as a Cancer Coach. If need to know more or need further explanation of what I do as a cancer coach, then please don’t hesitate to contact me.
